We aim to have all in-stock items delivered to you within 5-7 working days, but this is approximate and there may be delays out of our control.
For postage of your items, a shipping charge of £3.95 will be added to your order for small items, and a shipping charge of £4.95 will be added to your order for larger items at the checkout. For orders above £60.00, shipping is free. Please note, if your order is urgent, please add details to the notes section when making your order.
Delivery is currently to UK Mainland only, but we would be happy to discuss delivery outside of this area and will provide you with a shipping quote, should you request one.
Your order will either be sent by courier or Royal Mail, depending on the weight/size of the order. You will receive an email once your order has been made and once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Returns
We hope that you will love your order from Ginny Rose Home, but should you wish to make a return, please contact us using either the contact form at the bottom of the home page or by email – ginnyrosehome@gmail.com quoting your order number and reason for return, we will then let you know how to arrange your return and where to send it to.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them and returned in their original packaging – please ensure they are packaged adequately to avoid damaged on return. Providing your item(s) are returned in their original condition, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing your refund and you will receive payment in 7-10 working days.
We do not refund return postage costs incurred by you unless the item is damaged whilst on it's way to you. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us, for this reason we recommend that you return goods using registered post.
